The Nordic office in Stockholm is now looking for a support technician to our support team, As a Support Technician your main task will be to handle support calls and e-mail, mostly from Denmark. Your job tasks will also include:
• Product Reviews (Q & A)
• Tests of the signature (Q & A)
• Support for sales activities
• the making of specialized articles and conducting of lectures and courses
• Participation in trade fairs
• Service of the internal technical infrastructure
• Further development and protection of Kaspersky Lab's reputation
We are looking for someone who:
- Is a team player
- has a genuine interest in IT and technology
- is service minded
- is able to deliver problem resolution for users at different levels
- communicative
- speaks and writes both Danish and English fluently
